Before use, rinse the camembert dish with hot water and allow it to cool before washing it or putting it in the dishwasher. The Cheese Baker is oven-proof up to a temperature of 200°C.Recipe

:
1 Camembert
3 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons Dipper Rosmarino
Mussini Balsamic Glaze Figs
Fornelli Classici
Cheese baker

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and remove the packaging of the camembert. Score the top of the camembert crosswise.
2. Place the camembert in the Cheese Baker and sprinkle with the dipper spices and honey.
3. Place in the oven for 15 minutes, until nicely tender, and finish with the balsamic glaze.
4. Serve the camembert with the Fornelli Classici or fresh baguette.

Not a fan of camembert? No problem. The Cheese Baker is also perfect for a round brie, goat cheese, Italian provolone or mozzarella, for example.
