You immediately conjure up a spring feeling with this ready-to-eat asparagus bruschetta. Made in Sicily with love and from fresh asparagus. You can smell it, you can see it, and you can taste it! And next to the individual asparagus flavour, discover the subtle spices that are used in this bruschetta. 

Delicious as a topping for 'bruschetta', which in Italian basically means toasted bread. Great on toast, slices of focaccia or pizza! Bruschetta di Asparagi is a great seasoning for various amuses, but is also surprisingly tasty when used with pasta or fish or meat. Can be used either cold or hot. 

Recipe tip: chicken/ham rolls with asparagus bruschetta. Cut the chicken filet into four thin slices and place a slice of ham over each one. Roll them up, secure it with a toothpick and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of asparagus bruschetta and a little water and let them simmer gently for 5-10 minutes with the lid on the pan. Serve warm. Delicious with fresh asparagus!
