Atlas olive oil is characterized by a fruity, harmonious, sweet flavor. It is very suitable as a general purpose kitchen oil. To ensure optimum flavor, add this oil to a dish cold and at the very end. Delicious in desserts, vegetable, meat and fish dishes or to make Oil & Vinegar bruschetta and dipper mixes with. The oil combines well with sweet fruit vinegars such as date and fig vinegar. Dressing tip: 1/3 vinegar, 2/3 olive oil.

The olives are harvested between late-September and early October and cold pressed inside a couple of hours. Flavor is optimally retained by traditionally pressing the olives thereby creating a high-quality oil with low acidity. After production, the oil is stored in stainless steel barrels to prevent oxidation and retain flavor.

The family firm, which was founded in 1887, has received multiple awards over the years for its passion, dedication and high quality. It won prizes for, among other things, the best olive oil in the world and a number of Great Taste Awards for the olive oil with the best flavor.
