The Oil & Vinegar Truffle Cream is made using black truffles. This gives it a soft and delicate truffle flavor. A truffle is a type of fungus which grows underground and on the roots of particular trees. They are tracked down using the excellent tracking noses of trained truffle hogs and dogs. A truffle is therefore a luxury product, a true delicacy which will grant your dishes an exclusive gastronomical accent.
