The balsamic acid used for this Oil & Vinegar Tomato Vinegar is Balsamico di Modena from Italy, which is made from Trebbiano grapes. With their small size and juicy flavor they are often used to create wine or brandy. The white wine vinegar is made from a mix of white grapes. The tomato aroma in this recipe allows for its noteworthy flavor, giving many of your dishes an unexpected twist.

Delicious on its own with a 'Salade Caprese', a salad with tomato, mozzarella and basil. The Tomato Vinegar combines well with a great variety of olive oil available at Oil & Vinegar to make a delicious dressing, such as the Basil Olive Oil, Provencal Herbs Olive Oil or the Garlic Olive Oil.

The Tomato Vinegar also provides a delicious flavor in a marinade, together with extra virgin olive oil and additionally seasoned with the Oil & Vinegar Dipper Toscana. Very refreshing on your warm pasta, with a splash of olive oil, some garlic and a hint of salt and pepper. A guacamole is given a fresh sour twist with the tomato vinegar. Do you like to drink?
