Do you want to start right away? Place 400g of cubed red meat, e.g. shoulder of lamb with your favourite root vegetables and a little olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook until browned. Transfer to a tagine, add the Tagine Sauce with 200ml of water and stir. Place the pot in a hot oven at 180°C for 90 minutes, or until the lamb is juicy and tender. If you want to, add a handful of raisins for the last 20 minutes. Sprinkle with some chopped coriander and serve with crusty bread or couscous.
