Ravioli are little pieces of pasta filled with meat, fish, cheese or vegetables. Ravioli is made with a mixture of flour and salt, together with a mixture of eggs and water. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and let it rest for 30 minutes. After that, you can roll out the dough and cut out the squares of dough using the ravioli mold. Then, you can stuff the dough with the filling you like most. Some of our favorites are goat cheese, smoked salmon or spinach. Or make a sweet version using nuts, honey and chocolate.
This ravioli mold is made out of stainless steel, has a handle of 15.5 cm and it cuts out 6 by 6 cm squares of dough. The mold can easily be hung, using the round hook. This ravioli mold is not dishwasher safe.
