Bruschetta can't go without garlic: true or false? The Bruschetta Pomodoro by Oil & Vinegar proves it can go without! No addition of garlic, but keeping the traditionally Italian flavor by adding dried flavorful tomato chunks and various herbs and spices. And it's easily made: mix two tablespoons of spice blend with four tablespoons warm water, and leave to rest for five minutes. Finish it by adding two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the Bruschetta Pomodoro is ready to go!

Delicious with all types of bread, such as baguette or ciabatta. Or make your own croutons by spreading some of the mix on stale white bread, cutting it into pieces and leaving it to bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Delicious with soup or salads.
