The region Abruzzo is located in the South of Italy. This is where the naturally dried vegetables and spices in this blend originate. This allows you to create a traditional pasta sauce, the way the Italians create their own. No preservatives, no artificial flavoring, but all of the original spicy flavoring of Italy on your dinner table!

All you need is one tablespoon of Preparato per Pasta Arriabiata. Mix the spice blend with 10 cl of water and 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan, and leave to boil until the sauce thickens. The Arrabbiata – which means spicy in Italian – sauce is now ready to be enjoyed poured over a pasta dish. This sauce is also fantastic on rice, vegetables or meat. Perfetto!
