  • Ingredients

    • 2 cups freshly made spaghetti (recipe on the back)
    • 8 Tbsps. Aglio e Peperoncino (Chopped Garlic & Chili)
    • 4 Tbsps. Garlic Olive Oil
    • Fresh basil
    • Parmesan cheese
  • Preparations

    Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the spaghetti for 3 minutes. Drain the spaghetti into another pan with some of the cooking liquid. Add the garlic olive oil and aglio e peperoncino, heat and stir well. Serve the pasta on a plate or in a bowl and garnish with freshly torn basil. Finally, sprinkle generously with more garlic olive oil and Parmesan cheese.
