Recept från Oil & Vinegar

Nice to know

Cocktails are extremely popular. Fruit lemonades in natural varieties are coming back, not only for children, but also for adults. And there is plenty of experimenting being done on making water tastier and more fun to drink by adding fresh ingredients such as fruit and herbs.

Vinegar is a particularly suitable ingredient for all these uses. Because of the huge variation in the various fruit and wine vinegars, there is a wide range of tastes from light to heavy, fresh and sour and fruity sweet, as well as the cheerful color spectrum, all meaning that there are countless combinations possible. With and without alcohol. To enjoy slowly or as a fast, thirst quencher.

See our Fresh Drinks for more possibilities. But above all, follow your intuition and your own feelings.

Cheers!
