Intense, light sweet balsamic acid originally from the Italian Modena. Made using organic grapes, slowly pressed and aged for five years. Makes for an ideal salad dressing for vegetables. When boiled down, it makes a fantastic sauce with meat or desserts.
A surprising combination, because of the fruitiness of no less than 44% of strawberries and the light sweetness of caramelized onions. It is especially delicious in combination with cheese and different sorts of meats.
