White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a soft and delicate flavor. White balsamic is considered a condiment that is not only versatile, but preferred by some chefs because it won't discolor food. Aged like traditional balsamic, it is then filtered or "decolorized" before bottling. Product of Italy.
