The distinct Tuscan flavor is a blend of sweet spices, garlic, onion, celery, leek and other vegetables. Just add about a teaspoon to your favorite extra virgin olive oil and serve with nice crusty bread. The great thing about the dippers is how versatile they are. You can use them in just about anything. They are great in marinades, salad dressings, rubs, sprinkled in salads or use in mayonnaise. Just add some imagination!

What others say
I use this often for cooking. I add it to pizza crust while moving the dough, mix it with shredded cheese, sprinkle it on eggs, at it to salads, and so forth. I've never actually used it to flavor olive oil for dipping. This had a nice blend of great flavors that pair well with a large array of foods. It's good for adding and laying flavor in recipes for any meal (maybe not dessert.) I like to mix it with multiple ingredients in a dish to tie the flavors across a meal. This is great with hearty flavors like tomato, parmesan, and eggplant.
