Perfect on white fish or salmon. Also great in tomato sauce or a Bloody Mary. Makes a perfect marinade with extra virgin olive oil and Dipper Toscana.

Dressing tip: mix with Arbequina Olive Oil or Basil Olive Oil, Olive Oil with Provençal herbs or Garlic Olive Oil.
