Before the Sicilian cherry tomatoes are processed into this pasta sauce, skins, crowns and seeds are removed. This is necessary to give the pasta sauce an intense, flavorful taste. And that definitely worked out!

HOW TO EAT IT
The Sugo al Basilico is very easy to use. You only need to add your favorite pasta (tip: try with taglioni), meat and/or cheese, finish with a drizzle of olive oil and your healthy, nutritious meal is ready to serve. 

  • cherry tomato (90%), onion, basil (2.5%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, modified corn starch, spices, flavoring, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
