This kit is produced by a small family firm in Calabria. The company is situated on the plateau of La Sila, a scenic mountain region. It uses high quality, local ingredients. 
The flour contains yeast and makes for a very soft dough. The Italian passata is made with 92% tomato pulp, olive oil, basil and garlic and contains no added sugar!
