  • Pressed from a blend of Italian olive varieties - Frantoio, Leccino, Coratina and Mission olives

 Frantoio olives are known for their fruity notes, whereas Coratina olives are lauded for their strong, sharp and peppery flavor and Leccino olives for their soft and balanced flavor. They are harvested manually and pressed within half a day. The exact ratios are a family secret, but the result is a high-grade extra virgin olive oil with a very refined and balanced flavor. 

For extra variation, try adding one or our herb mixes. Drizzle about pasta, pizza or prepare a homemade vinaigrette. Delicious in salads, especially mixed with white balsamic vinegar.
