Cooking Instructions:

  1. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan and add the risotto mix.
  2. Toast over low heat, stirring constantly for a minute or two.
  3. Add a glass of white wine, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and stir until absorbed.
  4. Prepare about 2 cups of broth (or boiling water) and add a little at a time, simmering and allowing to absorb each time before adding more.
  5. Continue process for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until cooked.
  6. Serve hot with fresh grated parmesan cheese and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil as desired.
