Mixed Provencal olives are the quintessential Mediterranean fruit; made in France from a delicious blend of green Beldi olives and black Coquillos olives. They are packed in 100% extra virgin olive oil and blended with a mix of Provencal herbs, including rosemary, basil, thyme, marjoram and garlic. More like a fresh olive, these olives are meaty, firm and full of flavor. They are preserved with minimal cooking time which helps retain the olives in their natural state. These olives contain pits!
