We LOVE this vinegar on salmon, grilled or baked! So sad that our local store closed & now we have to order online.
This product is astounding! I make a drizzle with it by reducing on a pan then put it over baked chicken breast and also over grilled shrimp. I also want to say that I tried another brand of mango pulp vinegar I found on Amazon from a reseller from Texas that was no where close to the quality of what you get from oil and vinegar.

One my daughters recommendation I tried the mango vinegar. It's the most wonderful flavor! I need to go get some more, this time I'll also get the jalepeno oil to mix with it. Amazing flavor.

As soon as I tasted this, I had to have it. I always drizzle it on vanilla bean ice cream and it's heaven. It's a very strong tart & sour taste so drizzle just a bit.
This is amazing! Our first time in the store and we walked away with this, the jalapeno grape seed oil and the Owners choice olive oil. The employee in the store at the time was extremely helpful and is the reason we had to buy wht we did. She paired the mango with the jalapeno grape seed oil and it was an explosion of flavor! The best flavor I've ever tasted I could say. I pressure cooked boneless skinless chicken thighs in the mixture and we couldn't get enough of it. My only regret is that we didn't buy the largest size! :)
Great taste and I don't even like mango that much. Has anyone used the mango vinegar and EVOO as a drizzle over grilled salmon? Also looking for a salad vinaigrette recipe for the mango pulp. Hope to see expanded recipes for all the oils and vinegars.
