BEST TO EAT WITH

Add a spoonful of this honey mix to plain yogurt, drizzle on a scoop of ice cream, smear it on soft goat cheese or a warm piece of toast.

HOW THEY MAKE IT

Once the bees finish pollination, the honey is pasteurized in special, ventilated air ovens at a temperature of 149°F/158°F (65°/70°C). This breaks the natural crystallization process. After this, the honey is slowly mixed with the peach pulp. When the mixture has been poured into the jar, it will be pasteurized again in its entirety (for food safety) at the same temperature.

This mix of honey and peach is only available at Oil & Vinegar. 

  • Honey (85%), homogenized peach (15%) (syrup, peach, corn syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, ascorbic acid, thickener: pectin, flavoring).
