This unique vinegar is made with Bordeaux style wine grapes and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 years. They have been macerated with a selection of high-quality herbs chosen for both their medicinal and culinary properties. This vinegar won the award for outstanding new product of 2010 at the Fancy Food Show. Product of South Africa.


  • Infused with hibiscus, rose hip, elderflower and vanilla bean

  • A sprinkling of hibiscus-infused vinegar adds a healthy tang to dressings, summer fruits and salsas.
  • red wine vinegar (47%), grape must (47%), hibiscus (1,5%), rosehip (1,5%), elderflower (1,5%). Acidity: 6%.
