Use 2 tsp herb mix per avocado. Add a bit of sour cream for a creamier structure. Try adding some finely chopped fresh tomatoes and/or spice it up with some finely chopped chile peppers!

Preservation tip: Lemon juice and lime juice can slow down the oxidation process. The more you add, the longer it takes before the dip turns brown. Make sure not to overdo it to avoid altering the taste. With just a bit of juice, the dip will remain green for several hours.
