This olive oil has been produced for five generations by a family in the Toledo Mountains. The combination of the soil where the olive trees grow and the climate ensure that the best quality olive oil can be produced. The Cornicabra, Picual, Arbequina and Hojiblanca olives are the best varieties the farm has to offer. And as a bonus: there is as little work as possible in the olive grove to keep the flora and fauna of the area as intact as possible.

This herb olive oil has an intense taste of thyme, oregano, lemon and a little mint. A Greek herb olive oil calls for a traditional Greek farmer's salad. Mix tomatoes with cucumber, red onion and black (Greek) olives. Do not be frugal with the feta, in Greece you always get a big slice. Add a generous amount of Greek herbs and olive oil as a finishing touch. And if you like a little bit of acidity, mix the oil with some White Balsamic Vinegar.
