Cannoli cookies filled with ricotta are a traditional Sicilian delicacy. Our supplier used these as his inspiration for this cream. Heat the cream over the stove in a double-boiler and spoon over ice cream. Grate a little dark chocolate on top and finish with crumbled meringue or serve on crêpes with chopped hazelnuts and blueberries.
