Allioli is a famous sauce from Catalonia. It is typically quite difficult to make: garlic is crushed in a mortar with sea salt and diluted with sunflower oil drop by drop in order to make the sauce glassy and voluminous. Of course, our Allioli Dip makes the preparation of allioli super quick and easy!

Shake well before use! Add 1 tbsp of mix to 2 tbsp of water and leave for 5 minutes. Then add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise and 3 tbsp of yogurt or crème fraîche. Enjoy your homemade dip!
