What is your policy on returns?
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with the products we sell from our stores and website. If you wish to return merchandise which is still in the original packaging and un-opened we require you to contact us at the shop location where the goods were purchased within 30 days. If any products you have purchased are damaged or defective, or part of an incorrect shipment, we will make appropriate arrangements to have them picked up. In either case, we will exchange the product, issue a store credit, or offer a refund as the circumstances dictate. Can an order submitted on the website be cancelled?
Website orders are processed immediately once received. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the local store which you selected to ship your order from within 24 hours of confirmation to request cancellation and refund of amounts billed to your credit card. Please have the credit card information and the order confirmation number available.
