Sugo ai Pomodorini has everything you need to serve an authentic meal. A tomato sauce as the Italians like to make it themselves: by using the slow cooking method. A soffrito is prepared by stir-frying the onions and extra virgin olive oil, and then a mix of Italian cherry tomatoes and chopped tomatoes will be added. The tomato sauce is cooked on a low heat for a longer time, along with some natural seasonings such as onion, basil and sea salt, until the sauce has thickened. A unique taste is guaranteed!

Sugo ai Pomodorini does not contain thickeners, sugars or flavourings, which are used in many mass produced pasta sauces. Heat the tomato sauce evenly and then serve it with fresh pasta, rice dishes or as a warm dip in combination with a baguette.
