Salsa Mojo Verde is a bell pepper sauce that has an herbal flavor and a spicy garlic tone. It is made according to the original recipe of the Canary Islands. The Salsa Mojo Verde is 100% natural, and does not contain any artificial flavours, colours or fragrances.

The authentic Salsa Mojo Verde originates from the Canary Islands and is served in combination with the so called Papas Arrugas, fried potatoes in the skin. To make this dish, you can use young, small potatoes. Boil the potatoes unpeeled in salty water, so a layer of salt will be created on the outside of the potatoes, and the skin will crack slightly. This is delicious in combination with the Salsa Mojo Verde. But it also tastes good in combination with vegetables and fish, so you can spice up your dish!
