This Provençal herb mixture is a mix of dried herbs that are used a lot in southern French cuisine. The classic recipe for Herbes de Provence varies and this mix includes rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, winter savory, marjoram and basil. It is delicious in stew and game casserles or when added to a marinade or sauce. It is particularly tasty when the herbs are used with red wine. You can also give your dishes a hint of Provence by sprinkling them over baked potatoes or a salad.

Tip for a very tasty vinaigrette! Mix the Provençal herbs with Bonsecco Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Marc de Champagne Vinegar, and a little Fig Mustard.
