Massage a generous amount of dry rub directly onto your fish before BBQ grilling or roasting. Or add extra virgin olive oil to the rub to make a marinade (wet rub). For the best results, allow it to rest for about an hour before using. You can also sprinkle some olive oil onto the fish and than add the rub.

Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
