These wooden BBQ wraps are made from 100% Canadian Western Red Cedar wood. The wraps give a subtle, smoky flavor to the ingredients placed in them. Before use, place the wraps in warm water for about 20 minutes. To give them an extra flavor, you can add fruit juice, wine or rum to the water. Fill the wrap with fish, meat or vegetables and simply grill them on the barbecue!

    • 4 salmon slices • 4 tsp Lemon Olive Oil • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper, finely ground (from the BBQ & Grill Spices giftset) • bunch spring onion • 1 courgette • 4 BBQ Wraps (Cedar wraps) Green Burger Salsa • 2 little gem sla • Roasted Sesame Dressing

  • Getting started

    Let the BBQ wraps and rope 20 minutes in warm water. Cut the spring onion and courgette into long strips. Place a salmon with a piece of courgette and spring onion on a cedar wood wrap and fruit and fish in oil with 1 tsp lemon olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of Lemon Pepper.

    Step 2

    Tie the packets and put them on a hot grill or Grill Pan and cover with a lid. Bake 10 to 14 minutes, turning halfway. Grill remaining vegetables. Fold the salmon packets open and scoop a hefty spoonful of Green Citizen Salsa on.

    Step 3

    Cut the little gem in quarters and divide the Roasted Sesame Dressing over lettuce.
    Serve the salad along with the other grilled vegetables and the salmon wraps.
